31.09.06 - Mark Smith wins the belmont masters competition with 40 points closely followed by stan toft with 39 points

5.09.06 - The greens will be hollow-tined on Monday 11th September. This process takes around half a day and players are able to use the course immediately. The reason for this process is to aerate the greens.
17.08.06 - As from September, the course shop will be offering a range of Cross clothing. As with many golf courses and driving ranges, Belmont stresses a strict clothing policy. Why not come have a browse and pick up some new gear?

The golf course.

Since it's completion in September 2004, Needwood golf course, located in the centre of Staffordshire Is one of the most popular in the area. It is set in picturesque surroundings and offers golfers the opportunity to enjoy a round of up to 18 holes. There are many on-site facilities for our guests to take advantage of, including the course shop, offering a wide range of current golf equipment.

The course is a par 33, spread over 9 holes. We offer four par 3's, four par 4's and a par 5.

The driving range.

Belmont is more commonly know for it's great driving range. Again, proving to be one of the most popular in the area. It was opened in 1994, and is still a thriving practice area for many golfers, proving ever popular with players of all ages.

The 16 undercover floodlit driving bays are located in the main building, which is easily seen upon arrival. Prices for the range, along with course prices can be found under the pricing tab. The on site professional, Carl Roberts offers a number of different lessons for help on improving shots, both in the range and on the course.
